By using this website or purchasing any products or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services.
Section 1: Use of This Website
This website is intended for individuals aged 18 and over.
By accessing and using this site, you confirm that:
• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• You will use the website for lawful purposes only
• You will not attempt to disrupt, damage, or misuse the site
Section 2: Terminology
In these Terms:
• “You,” “Your,” and “Client” refer to the person using this website or purchasing services
• “We,” “Us,” “Our,” and “Quietly Confident Women™” refer to the business operated by Deborah Blignaut
• “Services” includes coaching, courses, digital content, memberships, events, and related offerings
Section 3: Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Your personal information will never be sold to third parties.
Any information shared in private sessions, correspondence, or membership spaces will be treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.
For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
Section 4: No Guarantees
Our work is intended to support personal insight, self-reflection, and wellbeing.
Individual experiences and outcomes will vary. We do not guarantee specific results from using our content, programmes, or services.
Section 5: Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
All content is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Section 6: Payment Terms
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
For subscriptions and memberships:
• Payments will be charged automatically on the same date each billing cycle
• It is your responsibility to ensure payment details remain accurate and up to date
• Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access
All content remains the intellectual property of Quietly Confident Women™ and may not be copied, shared, or redistributed.
Section 7: Cancellation and Refund Policy
Memberships
Memberships are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you choose (for example, monthly or annually).
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future payments but does not refund payments already made. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
Because membership provides ongoing access to digital content, community spaces, and resources, refunds are not typically offered once a billing cycle has begun, except where required under consumer protection law.
We reserve the right to update membership content, features, or pricing with reasonable notice. Any price changes will apply only to future billing cycles.
If you experience a genuine issue with your membership, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it fairly.
Courses and Digital Products
Courses provide immediate access to digital materials.
By purchasing a course, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once access has been granted, except where required under consumer protection law.
If you are unsure whether a course is right for you, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to support you in making the best decision.
Events and Retreats
Specific details, schedules, and cancellation terms for events and retreats will be provided at the time of booking.
Because places are limited and arrangements are made in advance, payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative where feasible.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event or retreat, you will be offered a transfer to a future date or a refund of the amount paid.
Section 8: Educational and Informational Purposes Only
All content is provided for educational and personal development purposes.
It is not a substitute for professional advice, including medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Always seek appropriate professional support where needed.
Section 9: Cookies and Analytics
We may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure the website functions properly and to improve your experience.
You can adjust your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer.
Section 10: External Links
This website may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external sites. Accessing them is at your own discretion.
Section 11: Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, downloads, audio, video, and branding, is the property of Quietly Confident Women™ unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Section 12: Community Conduct
Where community spaces exist (such as memberships or group programmes), you agree to engage respectfully.
We reserve the right to remove access without refund if behaviour is abusive, disruptive, or harmful to others.
Section 13: Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, internet outages, government actions, or other unforeseen events.
Section 14: Waiver and Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Section 15: Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Section 16: Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
